Planning That Puts Plaintiffs First
Paramount Settlement Advisors is a plaintiff-only planning firm that partners with attorneys to guide personal injury clients through complex financial processes, including settlements, liens, and long-term asset management. Founded by trial attorney Paul Isaac, Esq., Paramount leverages legal acumen, strategic financial planning, and personalized guidance to protect recoveries, streamline attorneys’ workflows, and empower plaintiffs with the confidence and security to pursue their goals.
Company Culture
The work we do matters — and so do the people who do it. We support one another the same way we support our clients: with care, precision, and a commitment to getting it right.
Community Driven
Giving back is part of who we are. From team-building and off-site gatherings to volunteer days in our local community, we show up for one another and for the people around us.
Benefits
We invest in our team by offering health insurance, a 401(k) with firm matching, paid time off, and monthly team events that foster connection, collaboration, and a strong workplace culture.

“Our field of work is unique, and we have a great training team to help anyone coming in to learn the job well. What the leadership team has cultivated is a positive vibe, motivated individuals, and a culture of being able to ask questions, express uncertainty, and request help without any judgement. Questions and complications are expected in this field, so having an environment where those things are not to be feared is amazing!”
Catherine Lesinski | Senior Lien Case Manager | With Paramount since 2018

”Whether it be in the office, perhaps learning a new concept or skill from a coworker, or participating in service initiatives that strengthen our community, the team at Paramount is very supportive and encouraging of others to succeed. Everyone is always willing to help in any way they can.”
Karis Wynings | Director of Marketing | With Paramount since 2025

“I was initially drawn to the wide range of responsibilities where problem solving drives the day-to-day, and the opportunity to reshape what the standard looks like. Having the autonomy and support to actually execute on that made it an easy decision.”
Rick Alfreds, J.D. | Director of Operations | With Paramount since 2022

“The focus on growth and professional development is what initially drew me to Paramount. Everyone is intelligent and kind. I feel like we work together as a team and all support each other. Everyone genuinely wants our clients to succeed. I love working here and am excited about my future with Paramount.”
Amanda Howell | Lien Case Assistant | With Paramount since 2025

“Everyone is willing to help each other and collaborate to reach a common goal. My favorite part about working here is helping our clients and working together with our staff.”
